I work aggressively and diligently behind the scenes to negotiate favorable terms for my clients and solve any challenges that come up during the process of buying or selling property. By breaking down the process into simple and clear steps, my goal is for my clients to have a smooth and pleasant experience.
For me, the greatest satisfaction is assisting a client in accomplishing their goals and home dreams. My first career as a local elementary school teacher and now as a real estate agent has allowed me to take that same passion for helping others into my real estate career. I am a real estate agent by trade, a native Californian, and have been a resident of Santa Cruz since 1991. My wife, Alissa, and I live in the Pleasure Point neighborhood of East Santa Cruz. We are the proud parents of a growing family, Bowen and Judah, and we enjoy all types of sports and outdoor activities – surfing, hiking, backyard BBQs, and Giants games are among our favorites.
